The process of handling clients could be divided into two stages: the negotiation
stage and the work stage

Negotiation
Stage
In the negotiation stage, we gather detailed information about the project requirements
as well as the client’s needs and style of work. Based on the information we receive,
we establish mutually convenient terms of business. The following points are usually
discussed during this stage:

Work
Stage
When all the details of cooperation have been agreed upon and the contract is signed,
the Work Stage begins. In this stage, the Project Manager (Team Leader) takes the
lead in communicating with the client and managing the development team. All technical
details are discussed and stipulated directly with the Project Manager. In close
collaboration with the client, we set up an efficient work process, focusing on
the following points:

development processes, using e-mail, Skype, and phone calls at times convenient
for the client
